What BridgeMarket is
BridgeMarket is a private marketplace and matching subscription. Owners and agents pay to list a property and be matched to verified investors; investors pay for access and tools. We are not a real-estate brokerage, we do not negotiate on anyone's behalf, we do not facilitate assignments, and we never charge fees contingent on a transaction. We do not guarantee that any property will sell.
Your subscription
Listing plans bill monthly per active listing; investor plans bill monthly per seat. Cancel at any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Investor trials get full plan access for 14 days. We may verify investor identity before or after granting access. Agent tech referrals are affiliates on collected listing fees only — never on a sale.
Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, or republish listing packets or bulk exports; may not use the service to send unsolicited communications where prohibited by law; and must comply with applicable brokerage, MLS (including Clear Cooperation), telemarketing, CAN-SPAM, and state wholesaling regulations in any outreach you conduct. Listing analytics reflect real events only.
