What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, company), your buy-box criteria, product usage (alerts opened, reports viewed, dispositions recorded), and billing metadata handled by Stripe. We do not sell personal information.
How we use it
To run the service: matching listings to investor buy-boxes, sending weekly status emails and briefs you have opted into, and operating dashboards. Emails include one-click unsubscribe, honored immediately. We do not sell personal information and we do not fabricate engagement metrics.
Property data
Property-level information in the product concerns real estate, sourced from licensed commercial APIs and government public records. Owner-related flags (like absentee status) are derived from public records and are provided only for lawful business purposes.
Retention & deletion
Delete your account from Settings and personal data is removed within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and audit. Email privacy@bridgemarket.co for access or deletion requests.
